Refunds

We are happy to assist you and manage all your requests for return and refund or exchange. When you buy a product from gepackingstore.com we want you to be happy with the purchase. Hence if you want to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it simple and easy as much as possible.

  1. What products you can return or exchange.

If any of our products is found to be defective as mentioned hereunder, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out herein.

  • Products that are delivered not in accordance with the order.
  • Products which bears an expiry date that was sent to you by error.
  • A product that is infected with fungus or infested.
  • Products that contain foreign bodies.
  1. Return of Non-defective products

If the product is in good condition and if you change your mind you can return or exchange it provided that the product is as new as it was, in a re-sellable condition and the packet is still sealed. However, the normal delivery, as well as card transaction charges, will be imposed as well as any additional charges incurred by courier collection.

  1. Conditions for exchange or refund
  • Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms and conditions of the promotion and the price of the product.
  • Refund the Product within 7 Days of receiving.
  • Refund will take place as soon as the returned product has been received back and a check has been done by us. This procedure may take 3 or 4 days, subsequently 2 more business days to issue the refund.
  • We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is defective and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the delivery charge proportionately.
  • You have to return the items with their complete packaging and inside packaging and labels if you intend to refund any item.
  1. Period for return

We will be able to exchange or return the product that you purchased within 7 days of its delivery to you or before its expiry date whichever is earlier.

  1. How to return a Product

If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can arrange a courier collection for its return. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey and the outer packing must be in the same condition as it was received in.

Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, delivery note, along with all free of charge gifts for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

Please contact our customer care for return or exchange of any product. They will advise you appropriately according to the nature, size and quantity of the product.

  1. How to exchange a product

If a replacement product is required in exchange of the product that you returned, please contact the customer services department who will arrange this in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for exchange.

Charges will apply for items where you the customer change your mind after the product has been shipped

  1. Getting your refund

If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the same debit / credit card you used to pay. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

We charge a restocking / processing fee on returns because firstly a processing fee on the credit card transaction is charged by them. Secondly, it takes time, effort, and paperwork to process returns.

If you paid by debit / credit card, we will refund you on the same as soon as the returned product is checked.

  1. Your consumer rights

Nothing in our Return Policy affects the consumer rights that you are entitled as per the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of UAE.
